- Explain the “service” - setting the context - Do we all know what we’re talking about? Get the reader up to speed. Sometimes an intro sentence is enough, sometimes not
- Then, you may want to tell HOW it works. Analyzing the “thing” of whatever is being discussed. Pointing details that will come into play in your answer.
- Build the why. Using examples, using what you already set up, think about the reasoning. With human nature, you can always come back to thinking about your own life. This is a good place to start for making a connection.
